Key responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative food products for our customers.
  • Take concepts from ideas from concept to launch, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with multiple customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring products to exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and consumer insights to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Experience in NPD within the food industry, with a track record of successfully launching new products.
  • Ability to work alone, or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of food science, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
