Client Services Executive
Our client is a dynamic, creative Marketing and Events agency who support world leading organizations to create innovative, engagement communication projects

The Client Services Executivewill support the assigned Account Management team and a portfolio of clients.

This role will be responsible for supporting this team throughout the event sales process from project inception through to event delivery.

Tasks

Liaise with a client's stakeholder to discuss new projects and prepare initial follow ups including proposals and initial budget guidance.
Support with the Marketing Strategy ranging from client case studies to social media campaigns.
Supporting the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals.
Follow up with clients post Event to gather feedback and discuss future projects that are being planned.
Supporting the team on client business reviews through collation of feedback and additional Account data that will support the reviews.
Preparation and delivery of client feedback & case studies (both internally & externally).
Lead on the project handover with the Operations team ensuring timely responses for the clients and clear briefings to internal team members.
Prepare initial budgets as directed by Senior Account Lead/Account Lead
Reviewing post event reports in conjunction with relevant operational teams
Creation of client presentations to agreed deadlines post event.
Ensure compliance with client and company brand guidelines.
Work collaboratively with Peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site as required.

Package

Based in Leatherhead
9.00am 5.00pm Attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

- £25,000 - £30,000 + discretionary annual bonus

25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
