An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a permanent Repairs Administrator in their fast paced roofing maintenance team in Loughton.
Working within the repairs team you will be responsible for organising appointments for the maintenance engineers on a day to day basis.
This is a challenging role where speed and accuracy is of the essence, therefore, experience within a similar role is imperative.
Take full responsibility for the efficient administration of the mobile workforce scheduling system.
Work effectively and efficiently and liaise with clients, residents and operatives to make sure that repairs are scheduled and attended to within time.
Maintain accurate records and provide reports from various digital systems relating to all aspects of the work areas as required.
To ensure that the Operatives communicate in a timely and accurate manner about the progress of work, in order to schedule their work in view of resident's requirements.
To re-schedule jobs in the event of an unplanned absence of an Operative, and to contact the resident directly to agree any changes.
To provide support to colleagues, customers and the business, in order to continuously improve operational effectiveness.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Aptitude in problem solving
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail
- A passion for Customer Service
- Experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of basic roofing terminology is desired but not essential

£24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
