We are looking for somebody to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.The role would be for a set 2-3 days per week and office based.
Previous estate agency administration experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.
We are looking for an assistant who will be carrying out a varied role within Sales, Lettings and Property Management.
Main Duties to include:
- Property portfolio management assistance
- Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords
- Interim inspections reporting
- Inventory reporting
- Check out reporting
- Checkout management
- Tenancy utility management
- Liaising and working with the lettings team
- Dealing with property lettings enquiries and branch walkins
- Facilitating the smooth running of the sales and lettings departments
- Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate
- Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, memorandums of sales, contractual letters and other formal business letters
- Arranging Tenancy Agreements for new Tenancies
- General office administrative duties
- Able to build effective relationships with clients and work colleagues.
- From an administrative background.
- Smart in appearance with an approachable manner.
- Someone who can multi task and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent at verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
- Self motivated with the ability to work on initiative and under pressure.
