Job Summary

The Client Onboarding Associate (CBA) is a key member of the New Accounts Team and will report to the Global Head of Account Management and Sales with a dotted line to the Senior Director of ICD's London office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact to guide prospects and clients throughout the onboarding process, including new account opening, transition and integration into the ICD Portal.
  • Drive the new account process with prospects and clients to ensure a focused, efficient and excellent onboarding experience.
