We work closely with a range of health services and community organisations to ensure people can easily access information and resources

You will be a skilled communicator who can offer people a friendly and supportive experience when they contact our team for support.

You will need to be organised, confident using IT software to record and manage information, and able to manage a caseload of referrals to ensure people are supported effectively.

We particularly encourage applicants who are motivated by tackling health inequality in the city and enabling people who may need additional support to access services.

We can offer training and development opportunities that can help you develop a career working to improve public health.
