Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a highly successful, top 100 NI company who have established themselves at the forefront of their field, growing from strength to strength on a local and national scale.

Due to a continued period of organic growth, they are seeking three AP Assistants to join their high performing AP department.

Reporting to the AP Manager, this role will involve -

Processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Implementing effective written and verbal communication skills to effectively resolve supplier issues.
Processing high volume of invoices.

The person

Proven purchase ledger experience and equipped with excellent posting & query resolution capabilities.
Solution orientated individual who can get to the bottom of issues.
Confident communicator who can maintain strong relations with suppliers.
High attention to detail.
Time management and organisational skills capable of adhering to deadlines.
