Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a highly successful, top 100 NI company who have established themselves at the forefront of their field, growing from strength to strength on a local and national scale.


Due to a continued period of organic growth, they are seeking three AP Assistants to join their high performing AP department.


Reporting to the AP Manager, this role will involve -

  • Processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Implementing effective written and verbal communication skills to effectively resolve supplier issues.
  • Processing high volume of invoices.

The person

  • Proven purchase ledger experience and equipped with excellent posting & query resolution capabilities.
  • Solution orientated individual who can get to the bottom of issues.
  • Confident communicator who can maintain strong relations with suppliers.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Time management and organisational skills capable of adhering to deadlines.
