Rehabilitation Support Worker

1 x Full Time (36 hrs)

1 x Part Time (23.4 hrs)

We are a caring and resilient team that aims to provide high quality assessments and therapeutic interventions to people with a variety of medical conditions, including stroke and neuro, in their own homes.


You will be required to carry out:

  • Specific care and treatment under the guidance and delegation of the therapy staff in accordance with the agreed care plan.
  • Complete home exercise programmes with patients as set by Therapist.
  • Supervise home exercise programme with patients as set by therapist.
  • Have knowledge of assessment for walking aids/ small equipment.
  • Comply with agile working and lone working policy, and other policies/procedures.
  • Experience working with Physio and Occupational therapists.

You will need:


  • Previous experience and skills in rehabilitation or caring role.
  • An interest in developing experience and skills in this role.
  • A clean UK Driving Licence and you will be required to use your own vehicle as you will need to travel across Redbridge.
  • Experience working with Physio and Occupational therapists
