Experienced Aerospace Assembler/Fitter
Shift/Hours: 12hr nights Mon to Thurs / 48 hr week)

RATE:
£20ph

I am currently looking for an experienced Aerospace Assembly Fitter to join my client who based in Derby.

Responsibilities and abilities of the Aerospace Assembly Fitter:

Repair and overhaul of a variety of mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, aircraft components in accordance with Aerospace regulations and processes.
Full experience with various tools/skills such as countersinking, riveting and drilling, popriveting, and anchor nuts.
Repair includes diagnostic fault finding, strip, initial inspection, rebuild and test of final units.
Accuracy and attention to detail for an ontime customer delivery and turn time.
Ability to prioritise workload to meet customer due dates.
Previous experience of aerospace precision assembly work is essential
Experience of working with aluminium, titanium, soft metals and potentially exotic metals essential.
Qualification in Engineering or time spent within engineering is essential. Minimum of 5 years
