Role Overview:


The System Management Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with Citi's ConfigurationManagement Infrastructure.

The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within the organization's guidelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Create project plans, perform impact analyze, and provide resolutions to restore services.
  • Resolve all aspects of Microsoft Configuration Manager issues related to client devices, deployment failures, Distribution points, Management Points, site roles, and the CAS central administration site
  • Incident and Problem Management provide expertise for complex incidents and problems, escalation point for L2, interface with Microsoft Support and various partners as needed
  • Design testing approaches, processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks
  • Escalation point of contact for the Microsoft Configuration Manager environment including but not limited to, software deployment, patching, remediation, testing etc
  • Provides technical direction to project teams.
  • Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements, update processes and procedures as necessary
  • Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts and evaluating results for possible enhancements
  • Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
  • Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions
  • Assist in systems implementation/enhancements and post implementation activities
  • Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner

Qualifications:


  • Significant experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audience
  • Ability to work with virtual and inperson teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
  • Excellent knowledge in Deploy strategy, management and maintenance in a large Microsoft Configuration Manager environment
  • Intune/Comanagement knowledge a plus
  • Proven PowerBi and Tableau report creation a plus

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
