My client is seeking an internal tendering / sales administrator to join their busy internal sales team.

My client is one the UK's market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Preparation of quotations within deadlines
Ensure correct product selection in line with customer requirements
Maintain close client contact building rapport and customer loyalty
Liaise at all levels; from customers, area sales managers and management team
Feedback market trends and information
Maintain and maximise use of CRM, accounting and sizing software
Ensure all products are purchased in compliance with mandatory requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge of the industry
(Desirable):
Understanding of pressure pipe systems and fittings
General understanding of engineering principles
Good communication skills (written and verbal)

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Engineering qualification (ONC, HNC, BEng, etc.)

(Desirable):

Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload.
Strong personal attributes to deal with all types of enquiries
