Technical Co-ordinator - £50-60k
- Experience coordinating Architects, Specialist Designers and Structural Engineering designs
- Vet and appoint Utility providers
- Produce and Manage planning condition tracker
- Liaise with Local authority Building control
- Ensure Section agreements are delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure Drawing registers are current
