    Job Title: Director / Associate Director Quantum Disputes

    A leading Construction Expert Witness consultancy in the international construction and disputes markets requires a Director to join their Quantum Analysis team in Central London.

    As a senior-level Quantum Director, you will work on complex construction disputes related to major projects worldwide. This role involves collaborating with our primary Quantum Expert to prepare analysis and expert reports for high-value and complex arbitration proceedings.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Supporting the lead quantum expert in preparing expert reports and testimony
    • Managing project workflows and collaborating with team members
    • Examining documents and projects across various industries, including infrastructure, oil & gas, and residential
    • Providing specialist advice through presentations, proposals, and reports
    • Drafting fees and project proposals for large projects
    • Developing and training team members
    • Leading client meetings and organizing events

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience handling quantum matters in disputes is essential
    • Experience in writing or contributing to Quantum Expert reports is preferred
    • Broad experience across construction/engineering projects is ideal
    • At least 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry on major or complex projects in QS, contract administration, or engineering roles
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with clients
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

    • MRICS/FRICS qualification is preferred
    • BSc or equivalent in construction or engineering is preferred
    • MSc in Construction Law or LLM qualification in progress or achieved is desired
