Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join a, well-established, award-winning firm as the Head of Investment Management.

You will be responsible for strategically managing the investment portfolio, ensuring growth, profitability, and adherence to the risk management framework.

This leadership role requires expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with our firm's goals and risk appetite.
Oversee portfolio management, including asset allocation, diversification, and performance analysis.
Implement a robust risk management framework and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Lead and mentor the investment management team, fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present investment performance reports to senior management and the board.
Stay updated on industry trends and leverage innovation to enhance decisionmaking processes.

Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge and qualified with IMC, CFA or equivalent.
Previous experience in investment/portfolio management with a proven track record.
Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and diverse asset classes.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of risk management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
High ethical standards and commitment to integrity in investment decisions.
