Male Teaching Assistant - Urgently Needed - Greenford


An Ealing Local Authority maintained school for pupils aged 4-19 years with a diagnosis of Autism is seeking a
Male Teaching Assistant to join their team.


You will be providing
1:1 support for a
Year 13 male studentat risk of exclusion at our Post 16 site Greenford.


Your responsibilities:


  • Work on a 1:1 with a male pupil that has Special Educational Needs
  • Demonstrate health and safety knowledge to always ensure safety
  • Keep the pupil engaged and focused on their work
  • Support the SENCO and teacher where required
  • Monitor and report back to the parents, pupils and any relevant stakeholders
  • Be motivated and proactive in the classroom

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with SEN children
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • We are happy process a new DBS
  • Be passionate about working with children that have SEN and be determined to make sure that their learning experience is as comfortable and positive as possible

£90.00-£100.00 per day
