Parts Sales Advisor

Northampton

Up to £26,000 DOE + Potential annual and monthly bonuses

Monday-Friday 40hr week

We are recruiting for a rapidly growing organisation based in Northampton who are looking for a sales advisor to join their parts team.

They are looking for a personable and strong communicator, that can easily build rapport - whilst offering a friendlyand knowledgeable service.

Main Duties:

Communicate with both customers and suppliers, working with big named key accounts
Develop and follow up sales opportunities
Identify customer parts requirements & Source suppliers via web research
Learn industry knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
Accept and process customer orders
Customer and product support dealing with customers queries / issues
Receiving and booking in goods to the warehouse
Warehouse cover and support as and when required
Any other duties which may be reasonably required

Skills / Experience:

Previous service or parts experience
Positive attitude
Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework with strong attention to detail
Plant, Automotive or Commercial vehicle product knowledge or engineering aptitude
Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
