Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor in the Brighton area.

Our company, Track Record Global works for clients, such as retailers, checking on their behalf that timber, other raw material and other products sold meet both the legal requirements for safety and sustainability and the clients' own commitments to sustainable sourcing.


Description of Role
The position will initially be temporary but may become permanent.

The position is initially home-based but may move to hybrid working.


Key Responsibilities and Skills

1. Excellent telephone skills, including the ability to explain complex requirements to those whose first language is not English.


3. An organised approach and meticulous record keeping.


4. Good Excel skills and the ability to enter data accurately.


5. Self motivated and the ability to work unsupervised

This position would suit a recent graduate and/or someone wishing to build on previous customer service experience. Language skills would be helpful but are not essential.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,250.00 per year
