MAK Security, a quality-focused Security provider is looking to employ an ambitious & dedicated staff member to join its current operations team and oversee the delivery of Key Holding and Manned Guarding services.

This could be the perfect opportunity for someone who feels that they have the skills to progress in the industry.

Duties Include:
Manage a team of Security Officers.

Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and oversee implementation of new contracts.

Liaise with other Operations Managers.

General Control room duties.

Will conduct site visits, mobile assistance, and alarm response.


Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Security Industry as a supervisor or manager
• A passion for customer care and commitment

Must have a valid SIA License and Driving License

• Good knowledge of using MS office and general computer/software systems

You will have the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with the client and be a confident people manager.

With excellent interpersonal & communication skills, you will be commercially aware with attention to detail.

Hours are twelve-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.


Salary:
£11.20 per hour


Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Licence/Certification:

• Sia Licence (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
