PRESTIGE PIPELAYING JV LTD_ _have a Great opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our fast Growing Company in and around the East Midlands.

This specific role will be working on our Newly Awarded Electric Contract in Leicester and Northampton._

-
Roles and Key Responsibilities:_

Experience in Excavating and Reinstatement in the Public highways and working to the NRSWA Code of Practice 1991 and HSG4
Have good knowledge and understanding of reading Electric and other utility drawings.
Liaise with our client and arrange site visits to determine the scope of works.
Maintain good communication skills internally, and externally.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Management of Labour, Plant and Material resources.
Work to our Specific Method and Risk Assessments.
Make sure all Teams are fully compliant in there day to day activites.
Allocate jobs and select appropriately trained staff to complete works to a safe and required standard.
Keep both the client and Project Manager fully informed of operational change.
Undertaking regular toolbox talks and audits and inspections.

Excellent Rate of pay
This is a Full Time position.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:_

Have a Good Attitude and be organized.
Supervisor NRSWA (Streetworks) Qualification.
Possess and demonstrate experience and knowledge gained in an electrical contracting environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Driving Licence
Knowledge and ability to undertake full site audits and close out any findings.
