The Role


As an Executive Assistant to a Personal Appearance agent, you will provide a broad range of support to your Agent.

You will be responsible for the administration of the agent's office, ensuring seamless client service, and strong internal communication.

Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary management, travel planning, and other PA functions for the agent you support
  • Booking shows and routing tours for clients managing process from beginning to completion
  • Take on clients in early stage of career, build relationship and maximise longterm potential and revenue for WME
  • Liaising with client management and acting in agent's absence to maintain strong relationship
  • Prepare extensive handover documentation and training for desk cover assistant when absent
  • Indepth research projects and analysis as required
  • Preparing presentations for internal and client meetings including accurate reporting for client management
  • Participate in meetings when requested taking notes if required
  • Ensuring Certificates of Sponsorship are set up for artists travelling into the UK
  • Compiling and distributing music administration reports when required
  • Providing feedback on work delegated to the Music Central support team, and assisting in their training
  • Offering ideas & suggestions to improve service to clients with focus on crossover with other areas of the company
  • Keeping up to date on music industry news and innovations
  • Attend shows or events as requested and represent WME in a professional & positive manner
  • Other ad hoc duties as they arise

  • Sensitivity to the needs of creative clients with prior experience demonstrating an exceptional ability to adapt accordingly
  • Previous long term music industry experience in a similar role with a high degree of responsibility & accountability
  • Confidence working with MS Office on a daily basis, with a strong grasp of numbers
  • Absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times with experience that displays this
