People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Charitable Trust Claims Specialist.

Main Purpose:

Skills & Experience:
Essential

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent experience
Relevant work experience, including experience in processing financial or charitable claim requests.
Experience of dealing with people in distress or in crisis with a proven track record of providing practical, longterm solutions.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Explorer and Windows Operating System.
Excellent written and oral communication.

Excellent numeracy skills.
Strong organisational skills and time management
Desirable

Ability to deal sensitively with enquiries and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Initiative and judgment to resolve daytoday problems independently.
Ability to assess complex cases and prioritise the needs of clients.
