Responsibilities

• Run and oversee validation models to ensure index accuracy and integrity
• Perform index reconstitutions using Python and related tools
• Prepare and distribute index announcements to stakeholders
• Set up test and deploy new indices and reference rates
• Maintain and enhance index calculation and weighting models
• Collaborate with engineers to define requirements and test new releases
• Handle client inquiries lead calls and provide methodological insights
• Review and update index methodologies present recommendations internally
• Troubleshoot issues monitor system alerts and lead remediation efforts
• Document operational processes and improve workflows for efficiency and control

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst Index Analyst or similar role
• Strong Python skills comfortable building models and data pipelines
• Good understanding of statistics maths and quantitative methods
• Hands-on experience with large time-series financial datasets
• Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives digital asset exposure a plus
• Proficiency in Excel APIs/streaming data experience an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
