Description
To provide supervisory support to the company's maintenance operation.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order materials and equipment as required to facilitate jobs
- Provide technical support to engineers
- Manage subcontractors whilst on site
- Review helpdesk performance and PPMs
- Provide cover for engineer's holidays/absence
- Provide first line response to critical faults/breakdowns
- Carry out post service checks to plant and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, director to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members regarding updates
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 36
- Previously worked within the building services industry
- A good understanding of general commercial building systems
- GCSE Education to a C standard or above
Salary:
£38,949.00-£42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Maintenance: 5 years (required)
