MBA are looking for a Car Sales Executive to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Manchester.
This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be attending pre-qualified appointments, meeting andgreeting new walk-in customers, discussing their requirements and recommending appropriate options.
In return, the New Car Sales Executive can expect a salary of £20,000 with an uncapped OTE of £43,000.There's also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes,Social Events, Staff Discounts, Subsidised Car Schemes and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers into the centre
- Attend appointments with prearranged leads
- Factfinding and recommending appropriate solutions
- Working towards sales targets
- Crossselling additional products that may benefit the customers
- Experienced sales professional, ideally in an automotive environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Desire to succeed and progress
- Ability to thrive under pressure
