Required qualification:
Level 2 / Level 3 + qualified in Childcare or equivalent Early Years Qualification

Working hours: 8:30 - 15:30 (some training / tasks outside these hours required)

From relief - zero hour contract - circa 15 hours a week, term time only.


Start date:
September 2023 start.


Safeguarding Statement All our perspective staff are required to undergo an Enhanced DBS, submit a full career history explaining any gaps - 2 references will be required prior to being appointed to any role.

Existing enhanced valid DBS on the update service is beneficial but not essential.

Detailed job description


We are currently seeking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic team, to help with the day-to-day operation of the Preschool within the guidelines of Ofsted.

To encourage and support all aspects of the children's development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and have a good understanding of child development and safeguarding.

As passionate as we are in providing better outcomes for children.

Be able to bring a sense of awe and wonder, making each day fun and magical for the children.

Demonstrate knowledge of the current EYFS curriculum

Be calm and have an approachable personality

Have at least one years experience with 2-5 year olds.

Be suitably qualified for the role they wish to fulfill

flexible & positive attitude to problem solving

Be able to use IT resources including Tablet, Laptop, and use Microsoft Word / Powerpoint etc.

Have a level 2 in maths & english or equivelent
