Description
The hours for this role are primarily Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:00, with some optional weekend work.

Overtime is paid at 1.5x, and work on Sundays is 2x, and this applies to all hours worked over your contractual hours.


Main duties for Field Service Engineer:

  • Responding to and completing service calls
  • Carrying out installations
  • Carry out all necessary repairs and services, ensure all machines are in good working order and reporting any major faults
  • Maintaining stock in your vehicle
  • Manager customer satisfaction throughout the full process
  • Continuously manage machine and part stock

Required experience:

  • Experience with fault finding, diagnosis, servicing and repairs
  • Previous plumbing/electrical experience
  • Previous field based role/customer facing role
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Full UK drivers licence
