Role Overview
As a Health Clinics Accounts Support Administrator you'll create, manage, and maintain account records across multiple systems. Whether it's supporting internal teams or assisting external clients, you'll be the main contact for account queries. You'll also work closely with the sales team, ensuring accounts are acquired, managed, and retained.


What you'll do:


  • To create, administer and maintain all account records across multiple systems.
  • Update relevant systems, ensuring all areas of the business are able to view current information.
  • Complete and assist colleagues across departments in the resolution of all account queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments of Bupa and external providers.
  • To develop and maintain an uptodate and accurate knowledge of appropriate Bupa products, policies and processes in order to ensure that all queries are answered accurately.
  • To use verbal and written communication to obtain/give further information to member/client or internal departments on group queries.
  • To be an active participant of the team by sharing skills and knowledge with other team members and to develop team and individual performance by acting as mentor in area of expertise.
  • To liaise with Sales and to maximise opportunities for B2B Client acquisition and retention
  • To raise and support IT with system development requests.
  • The managing of busy mailboxes effectively, and within set SLA.

What you'll bring:


  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Well organised, flexible and adaptable

  • Customer Service experience
