Customer Service Manager

London, NW9

£42,500 + Pension + Parking

Are you an enthusiastic and focused Customer Service Manager? Then this is the perfect role for you You will be joining a fantastic local Company where there will be plenty of opportunity to use your own initiative.

Some of your duties will include:

Supporting the Sales Director with the day to day management of major client accounts
Recommending suitable products to clients and coordinating the distribution of marketing literature and product samples
Inputting customer orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
Investigating any customer complaints received and ensuring an effective solution is found as quickly as possible
Maintaining the CRM customer database system and updating information held when necessary
