Our client is a family run but rapidly expanding electrical company carrying out mainly high-end domestic renovation projects and electric vehicle home charge points and solar PV systems within the High Wycombe area.


They are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Administrator Assistant who cares about customers, takes pride in the quality of their work and is efficient.

Responsibilities:


You will report directly to the Technical Operations Manager but may be required to work with other members of the team as per the needs of the business.


  • You are responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
  • Maintain a project tracking system.
  • Maintain a digital filing system for sales and technical surveys.
  • Prepare documents for sales surveys (create folders, add files, input basic information, screenshot panel configurations).
  • Prepare documents for technical surveys (prepare survey forms, add files, input basic information).
  • Process information taken from technical surveys. Download photos from any drone surveys.
  • Input photos into 3D render software and generate models. Take roof measurements from 3D model and input into solar design software.
  • Digitally overlay panel configurations onto photographs.
  • Using information from technical surveys, produce installation plans and send to the installation team.
  • Assist in procuring equipment, materials, and other business resources in preparation for upcoming projects.
  • Take deliveries into the warehouse and organize materials and stock for upcoming and ongoing projects.
  • Assist in booking scaffolding and other subcontractor services as may be required.
  • Track progress of each installation project.
  • Print and laminate circuit schedules and schematics.
  • Produce digital and printed handover packs.
  • Gather the necessary information and provide systematic checks on
