Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, responsible for assisting them with their inquiries, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering questions
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that align with their requirements
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses

Salary:
From £24,665.87 per year
