£75,000 - £80,000

HYBRID WORKING - LONDON
Join a dynamic and forward-thinking charity organization as a Senior Data Engineer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced data engineer to lead the development of our data architecture and drive insights from complex data sets.

This is a critical role within the organization and offers an exciting opportunity for someone tomake a real difference and help shape the future direction of the charity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design, develop, and implement data solutions that support the charity's objectives
  • Lead the development of data pipelines, data warehousing, and data integration solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Ensure data quality, security, and privacy standards are met
  • Mentor and train junior data engineers

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data engineer
  • Python proficiency and Snowflake experience
  • Strong experience with data warehousing, data integration, and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modelling techniques
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
