As Line Coordinator you will be required to:

• Work as part of a team in a controlled temperature, factory environment.
• Lead the team in achieving daily production requirements
• Use your initiative for problem solving, escalating appropriately
• Take responsibility for completing the daily orders and compliance checks
• Have a keen eye for detail, in order to ensure a right firsttime approach
• Work with manufacturing equipment

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with the knowledge and understanding of working in a controlled temperature, factory production environment ie.standing for long periods of time working in a chilled production areas

the correct use of personal protective clothing and equipment.

• A confident and clear communicator with the ability to engage, influence and motivate others, and enjoy working with people and teams
• A commitment to selfdevelopment and multi skilling and developing others in your team
• A basic understanding and appreciation of health and safety and environmental practices and processes
• An understanding of the changing demands and pace of a manufacturing process

Experience having worked to deliver a production plan, meet key performance indicators, and also implement improvements
