Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join us as Online Vehicle Sales Advisor in a new start-up department.

In this role, you will be responsible for the online sale of new vehicles across multiple brands we represent through established sales platforms.


The Opportunity:

In this Online Vehicle Sales Advisor role, you will:

  • Provide support, engaging, warm contact for prospective customers.
  • Meet targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products whilst securing profits acceptable to the Group.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis to identify sales market shifts and react accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Use available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of the product range and technologies as well as developments across the automotive industry.

About You:


  • Able to build outstanding customer relationships;
  • Automotive industry or vehicle sales experience would be preferable; however we will consider applicants with a good sales track record outside the industry;
  • Be a customer service champion where you exceed your customers' expectations in every element of their buying experience;
  • Excellent oral and digital communication skills
  • A full UK driving license.
