Description

Here At TTS Due to expanding Growth we are looking to hire a Learner Engagement Executive to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can deliver holistic support to learners, identifying relevant educational and career pathways via comprehensive Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).

Tracking, administering and monitoring system accuracy for funded claims to ESFA, devolved authorities, awarding bodies and commercial clients.

Whilst Assisting coordination of training requirements for company clients, learners through an in-depth knowledge of training available through the our various funded and commercial pathways_.

Technical Competencies

  • Follow departmental processes, ensuring compliance with awarding body and funding agency requirements for the processing of all funded and commercial learner registrations and claims.
  • Deliver robust IAG to learners in accordance with company policies and frameworks.
  • Provide pastoral support and referral pathways to learners who communicate support requirements.
  • Highlight learners with SEND requirements to ensure an individualised programme is developed.
  • Input starts and completions on relevant management information and awarding body systems.
  • Ensure accuracy when completing administration tasks for claims processes.
  • Communicate with awarding bodies, where appropriate.
  • Communicate with commercial customers and companies.
  • Complete learner preenrolment, enrolment and onboarding to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Assess learner eligibility to a high degree of accuracy. Support month end claims processes and administration.
  • Provide reports on learner systems and performance ensuring data is accurate and reliable.
  • Ensure effective use of the organisation's learner management system and demonstrate technical capability.
  • Support with compliance intervention mechanisms, where required.
  • Ensure team and personal targets are met.
  • Establish and maintain records, reports, examination papers or other documents

Education and Knowledge

  • IAG Level
  • GCSE A
  • C, Functional Skills L2 or equivalent in math's and English
  • Excellent use of digital systems
  • Good understanding of EFSA and/or ESF funding rules is highly desirable
  • Full driving license

  • Be equipped with strong and effective interpersonal skills; listens for understanding and expresses information clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical; can think strategically and can handle complexity.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written); ability to maintain utmost respectful professional internal and external relationships, even under pressure.
  • Good organisational and planning skills; able to coordinate multiple projects and competing demands. Takes ownership of tasks, maintaining focus when tight deadlines are required.
  • Very high attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking, establishing the challenge and options available and has confidence in decision making.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, focusing on a 'can do' way of thinking and willing to accept new challenges

Pay:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
