Building out their leadership team and looking for a hands on CTO to spearhead the delivery and stakeholder management for their simple, flexible and scalable embedded finance products.
  • JOB Requirements:
  • Proven experiences in AWS serverless
  • Hands on Nonnegotiable, need to be able to code
  • Stakeholder communication is key as you will be taking part in investment rounds
  • Experience refactoring tech
  • Delivery focused
  • 3 days in office
  • FinTech & Financial service experience ideal
  • JOB Responsibilities:
  • Progressively grown career with proven development experiences in AWS serverless
  • Formally supervise and coach team of engineers to build, enhance, and support multiple in the delivery of marketfacing Products
  • Continuously engage and improve teams' performance by conducting recurring meetings, knowing your people, managing career development
  • Proven stakeholder management for clients and investors
  • Provide strategic thinking and leadership on range of embedded finance products
  • Ensure delivery objectives and development plans are established at the start of the year and reviewed continuously throughout the year
  • Hands on with code
