Description
Exciting new role in our Yateley site as a Salvage Support Administrator.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Meet & greet salvage sales customer's at reception
  • Arrange and host onsite visits with engineers
  • Arrange Copart salvage collections from site and complete all relevant paperwork
  • Take payments for sold salvage at reception when required
  • Host 'other' external visitors including thirdparty contractors
  • Handle vehicle documents and pass to relevant teams
  • Liaise with our internal stock control team in order to arrange necessary vehicle movements

Knowledge and Experience

  • Customer service & relations experience: 2 years
  • Basic IT competency
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Confident and professional communication skills

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
