About the role


Vintage Cash Cow is looking for an ambitious and talented Finance Business Partner to support the Finance Director in developing and growing the finance department to support the long term growth plans of the business.


Roles & Responsibilities:


As part of a small but growing team you will be responsible for the production of various reports and data.


You will support the Associate Finance Director:

  • Producing the management accounts including variance analysis and commentary offering key insight
  • Maintaining the KPIs and liaising with individual departments to gain insight into figures reported
  • Drive continuous improvement in our reporting systems
  • Help in the budgeting and quarterly reforecasting exercise
  • Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function
  • Manage day to day cashflow
  • Perform month end balance sheet reconciliations
  • Submit and manage payroll data exchange with our external provider
  • Perform key cost saving analysis
  • Support in a diverse range of projects

Key Skills & Experience:


  • You must be a finalist or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/ CIMA, either gained within practice or industry
  • Experience of working with SME/entrepreneurial/ high growth companies is desirable
  • Good MS Excel Skills (incl. PivotTables)
  • Demonstrable experience of being involved in the production of the management accounts and relevant management information reports for the business
