What will I be responsible for?

Offering first class support to our customers through clear communication to ensure an excellent customer experience at all times
Making workshop bookings on behalf of customers following well developed processes
Liaising with the technical team to ensure work booked is tracked in line with agreed timescales ensuring customer vehicles are ready for collection at the promised time
Following at all times well developed processes including accurate data checks, processing invoices and customer payment
Adopting a professional approach regarding the sale of parts, accessories and repairs as required
Accurate administration of all customer records
Developing product knowledge through accredited Volvo UK training programmes
