Wisdom Support Services is a specialist care provider and we are looking to hire a number of people to train as support workers in and around the Northampton area.
Applicants with prior experience of working with patients with mental health, epilepsy, learning disabilities and autism preferable.
Job description
To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the team leader or registered manager.
To support and enable service users to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to the service user.
Staff needs to maintain skills at current levels, willing to undertake training and development as required from time to time to maintain and progress knowledge.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
Shift:
- 12 hour shift

- Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
