Our company, based in Malton, North Yorkshire, has built an excellent reputation over the last 25 years. Today, our chefs, working in partnership with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.

We're now recruiting for a
Process Technologist to join our business improvements team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within our amazing company and you'll also have the opportunity to make this role your own.


You'll support and enable the implementation of new products, as well as the development, processes and changes to existing products we create.

Reporting to operations, you will ensure all trials and projects run within the agreed critical path.

  • As our
    Product Technologist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring products are technically sound throughout the development process while meeting stringent food safety legislation, timescales and budgets.
  • Running production trials to monitor product performance in line with customer quality parameters, as well as evaluating trial reports and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Liaising with the Technical Team to lead the project handover, making sure all finished products conform to agreed specifications.
  • Investigating and solving any production issues.
  • Leading pre
- and post-trial meetings, to ensure successful launches and the continued growth of the business.


As our
Process Technologist you will provide a site-based resource within the operations department to lead and assist NPD, EPD projects for our customer base, from process handover to launch.


We are ideally looking for experience in a similar role, but we will also consider a graduate who has placement experience.
