We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and friendly person to join our team here in Brighton to assist with letting rooms, viewings, lead management and referencing.


The person would need to have had have customer service experience for at least 2 years and be used to a dynamic and fast paced working environment.


At Joint Living we are passionate about our tenant's wellbeing and ensure that they have all of the support they need to ensure their stay with us is great as it can be and we'd love to have the addition of a new full time member of staff to assist with this.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping prospective tenants find their ideal home through friendly and efficient correspondence
  • Hosting viewings and supporting tenants through the journey of letting a property and offering a friendly guidance
  • Support and onboarding processes.
  • Managing leads on our CRM system
  • Working alongside management to report on progress and set goals and targets.
  • Helping prospective tenants find their ideal home through friendly and efficient correspondence
  • Conducting viewings at our houses in a helpful and sales driven way
  • Utilising our systems to organise and prioritise leads
  • Liaising with tenants to guide them through referencing
  • A people person We're looking for someone who loves speaking to people, who can build rapport quickly with our customers.
  • Someone organised and who has high level of attention to detail. You'll be processing our leads and managing them on our system.
  • Someone with a good grasp of technology. Although, this is a very forward facing practical role, we need to ensure we report on our leads effectively and correctly.
  • Adaptable we need someone who is comfortable working in what can sometimes be a fastpaced environment.
  • Continuously improving and open, From a personal perspective and company perspective. There are plenty of things we can improve on and we are looking at this all the time, we value the input and ideas our team can bring to improve the way we do things

Requirements:


  • Experience in the lettings or sales industry (preferred)
  • Experience with using computerbased systems (Excel, word, Google, etc)
  • Full clean UK driving licence and car.
The role will be based in our office on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£25,000.00 per year
