IT Service Desk Technician x- Hull - £22,000 to £28,000
Principal IT are working with an established Microsoft Service Provider based in Hull.
This business has showed no signs of slowing down throughout the pandemic and after taking on new clients are looking to grow their team.
To in this role you will be expected to take charge of customer issues and ensure customers are receiving the best possible service.
Ideally my client is looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, self-motivated, well driven and passionate about IT and has an excellent attention to detail.
Essential Skills:
Supporting hosted services including Office 365
2 years minimum Service Desk Experience
Past experience of maintaining PC's, Networks and servers
Understanding of network protocols such as VLAN's, NAT, VPN's
Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMWare
Understanding of VOIP (Including Telephone, Handsets)
The Package
