We are looking for someone who has both a creative and outcome-led approach to problem solving.Someone who is passionate about communities and making relevant, ambitious and exciting work with our participants; an individual who has the skill of communicating and sharing this passion with carers, young people, colleagues, charities and collaborators.
The Creative Learning Associate (Community) will be expected to significantly increase the depth of our engagement within the community and with the families it serves, building and maintaining strong relationships with local community groups and organisations.
This role will primarily focus on developing and delivering the outreach theatre-based workshops, activities and facilitating the wider involvement of artists, technicians and staff throughout the company.
Additionally, this role will also have a focus on building up our family networks, providing opportunities for them to engage with us.
Salary:
£23,432.50 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
