Bartender

Having only opened in June, we now have an approved premises license and are looking to open our bar a couple days a week (Fridaya and Saturdaya) as well as run the cafe Monday to Sunday We have big plans for this place and with a new GM and Head Chef, an exciting new menu coming, plus the bar opening, were expecting great thing

Ideally we'd be looking for previous experienc, but if you're willing to work hard and learn, please apply Hours will be varied

Duties:

Greet customers and take their drink orders
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Mix ingredients to create cocktails and other specialty drinks
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Monitor customer's alcohol intake and prevent overconsumption
Collect payment for drinks and process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Attention to detail to ensure drink quality and presentation
