As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide executive support to the CEO and members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), allowing the CEO to focus his time and effort on key aspects of his role and the company's growth plans.


Key responsibilities:

Diary Management: Organising, keeping it up to date with no clashes, looking forward, proactive planning, and taking the initiative where appropriate

Travel Management: Source and book travel including, flights, hotels, taxis and occasional car hire

Expense Management: Manage and process monthly travel and expenses
-
Board Support: Preparation of board and slide decks including spreadsheets, word documents and other materials
-
Act as the Chief Reminding Officer: for meetings/events or anything that needs to be actioned urgently

Executive Support: To the ELT involving a mixture of duties

Project Support: Support and deliver elements that the CEO is sponsor to or at the CEOs request

Meeting Support: Organise Executive Team and Senior Leadership team offsites

Marketing Support: LinkedIn and broader marketing for the CEO and the organisation

Marketing Events: Help support and run customers events

Regional Support: Help the London consultants with social events, apartments, and transfers

Knowledge Management:help support internal comms

  • The scope of this job is
    London and Belfast travel is expected
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask with mínimal direction
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and adaptability to last minute changes
  • Excellent MSFT Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, able to use own initiative
