Excel Specialist — Build "Northstar-style" Solar Scorecard Dashboard

Job description
I need an Excel specialist to convert a "Northstar OS" financial plan template style into a clean solar operating plan instead that matches our internal language and metrics.
You'll be provided:
A Northstar Summary template (PDF/CSV) for reference style/layout
Our custom solar scorecard CSV template (already drafted)
A working draft file that shows the Northstar template structure
Your job is to make the final version look and function like the Northstar template: clean executive layout, correct formulas, correct formatting, and no spreadsheet errors.
The North Star template is more generic catered to all types of business so I need you to take that and help me create a version that's catered for us with these things below instead.

Installs Scheduled (Next 30 Days) (snapshot metric)
Pre-Install Cancel Rate (%) = Pre-Install Cancels ÷ Deals Sold

Section B — Pipeline Health (Enzy)
Sets Booked (Enzy)
Sits Logged (Enzy status:
"Appointment Created")
Close Rate (%) = Deals Closed ÷ Sits Logged
Install Ratio (%) (Rolling 30D Sold → Installed)
Avg Install Cycle Time (Days) = Install Date − Sold Date (Sold date is start)
Enzy is our software for sales reps where my admin will pull the data from

Must include WTD / MTD / YTD columns for all flow metrics
Week runs Mon–Sun
Snapshot metrics should be labeled clearly as "As of Today" (ex: Installs Scheduled next 30 days)
Deliverables
Google Sheets version — clean, formatted, and ready to use
Excel .xlsx mirrored version
A short "How to use" note (1–2 paragraphs) describing what inputs we update weekly
Spreadsheet Requirements (important)
No broken formulas, no circular references, no hidden errors
Proper number formatting:
EPC = Currency
Rates = Percent
Counts = Whole numbers
Days = Whole numbers
Conditional formatting for variance (good vs bad)
Note:
for rates like cancels/chargebacks, "lower is better"
Clear separation of:
Inputs (manual weekly entry)
Outputs (scorecard/dashboard)
Clean Northstar-style layout:
Section bars, subheaders for WTD/MTD/YTD, spacing, alignment
Protect formula ranges (optional but preferred)

Strong in Google Sheets and excel dashboards + formatting
Comfortable with date logic (WTD/MTD/YTD), rolling 30D calculations
Detail-obsessed (this is a leadership scorecard—errors break trust)
