Description

OYO needs you if you want to:

  • OYO UK is looking for a fun and lively person to join our team as a Junior Events Coordinator on a part-time, fixed term basis.
  • As a Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator, you will curate, organise and participate in a varied and exciting activities schedule for guests and residents, which they can enjoy and enhance their wellbeing and quality of life whilst staying in the hotels.
  • Your daily routine will be to offer a range of activities throughout the week, whilst considering the capabilities per site.
  • In this role you will oversee the organising of outside entertainment, seasonal parties and outings throughout the year.
  • You will also need to arrange fundraising events to encourage involvement with the local community and charities.
  • There is an element of paperwork to this role so you must be able to keep records effectively.
  • You will be expected to visit these sites throughout the UK with occasional evening events with stop overs expensed.

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritise and juggle a high volume of tasks
  • Have previous experience in events management
  • Able to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • A good level of English
  • A bubbly & friendly personality
  • Good organisational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Record keeping skills
  • Must have a full valid driver's licence and access to a car
