OYO needs you if you want to:
- OYO UK is looking for a fun and lively person to join our team as a Junior Events Coordinator on a part-time, fixed term basis.
- As a Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator, you will curate, organise and participate in a varied and exciting activities schedule for guests and residents, which they can enjoy and enhance their wellbeing and quality of life whilst staying in the hotels.
- Your daily routine will be to offer a range of activities throughout the week, whilst considering the capabilities per site.
- In this role you will oversee the organising of outside entertainment, seasonal parties and outings throughout the year.
- You will also need to arrange fundraising events to encourage involvement with the local community and charities.
- There is an element of paperwork to this role so you must be able to keep records effectively.
- You will be expected to visit these sites throughout the UK with occasional evening events with stop overs expensed.

- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritise and juggle a high volume of tasks
- Have previous experience in events management
- Able to work with confidential and sensitive information
- A good level of English
- A bubbly & friendly personality
- Good organisational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Record keeping skills
- Must have a full valid driver's licence and access to a car
