Description

Responsibilities for these roles will typically include:

  • Providing basic administrative support to other departments when necessary.
  • Processing documents and information securely into databases and retrieving this data when necessary.
  • Using verbal and written communication to smoothly ensure that processes are being completed efficiently.
  • Communicating with customers who have queries or requests regarding their accounts and ensuring resolution.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure any administrative tasks are completed according to deadlines.

Profile


Ideal applicants will demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, with decent understanding and experience in Microsoft office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.


Experience in any back-office system is desirable, as is evidence of completing regulatory exams or and understanding and knowledge of compliance within financial services.


Job Offer
This is a hybrid role with no weekend work, lates or other overtime expected.
