The Work and Organisation Department hosts three main clusters - HRM, Organisational Behaviour/Work Psychology and Social Responsibility and Sustainability. We are looking for a Teaching Fellow in OB/Work Psychology to join our team.

You should be highly motivated and collaborative, have an effective and innovative teaching practice, and at least Fellowship of the HEA (or equivalent).

You will teach across all levels and have connection with a range of programmes including our apprenticeship offering. You will also supervise masters dissertations and projects. Having experience of teaching using online platforms would be greatly welcomed.


Being a Chartered Occupational Psychologist is especially welcome, or a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) as a minimum and having industry experience and possession of entrepreneurial skills are highly desirable.

Personal career development and promotion is actively pursued at Aston Business School, being reviewed on an annual basis.


Though you will contribute to the Department's teaching activities, there are opportunities to contribute to research, especially if you hold a doctorate in a relevant discipline.

The post-holders will report to the Head of Department.
