Mploy Staffing Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our recently established office in Taunton, Somerset.

What will the role involve?

  • Business to Business Development activities (all types of communication methods)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Following up all sales leads
  • Creating engaging and enticing job adverts to share on various job boards and social media sites
  • Checking in workers at client sites
  • Liaising with workers
  • Administration and data processing work


We want to find a driven and dedicated professional, ideally with some recruitment experience, but other similar backgrounds will be considered.

Strong sales / business development experience would be an advantage.

Other characteristics we look for are:

  • The ability to discover or create needs from potential customer base through effective listening, and questioning techniques
  • Effective communication skills, written and spoken
  • Calm under pressure, confident and enthusiastic
  • Computer literate
  • Full driving licence
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility required dependent on business needs).

Salary:
£24,000.00 plus Monthly On Target Bonus

Salary review following probation
